For severe sagging in the lower face, Dr. Pacheco may recommend additional services such as Thermage FLX®, which uses gentle heat to stimulate a skin tightening response. Results are generally achieved gradually, with the best outcomes seen between the second and sixth months following treatment. One treatment is generally all that’s needed to achieve the desired results, though multiple sessions may be recommended if additional skin tightening is desired.
