The Center for Eye & Laser Surgery and Adoro Medical Spa in Severna Park, Maryland was founded by Dr. Elba Pacheco in 1999. Dr. Pacheco created the Center with the aim of bringing her Johns Hopkins quality to patients, and to create an intimate, tranquil environment in which to seek the best in cosmetic eyelid surgery and skin and facial rejuvenation services.
Dr. Pacheco is an oculoplastic surgeon who has not only been practicing but also teaching exclusively in her area of subspecialty since the completion of her training in 1991. Oculoplastic, or eye plastic, surgeons receive subspecialty fellowship training in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyes and surrounding areas. Dr. Pacheco’s unique medical training and surgical experience have shaped her exacting approach to eye plastics, and cosmetic skin and facial rejuvenation.
